Daniel Bascara, M.D.

 

Dr. Daniel Bascara has been practicing child and adolescent and adult psychiatry in a broad variety of settings since 2006, formerly at Hoboken University Medical Center, St. Mary's Hospital in Passaic, Monmouth Medical Center, Mental Health Clinic of Passaic, Morris County Correctional Facility, High Focus Centers, and Cornerstone Day School. He continues to serve as psychiatrist for Counseling and Psychological Services at Stevens Institute of Technology, Morris County Juvenile Facilities, and Morris County Aftercare Center. He completed a B.A. in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where he assisted in research under Dr. Martin Seligman, medical school abroad at Saint Louis University in the Philippines, general psychiatry residency at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School in Newark.
